Paragen’s Armour — Optional Refund Policy

Paragen is excited to share its Price Protection Refund Policy. This is important to protect both the community and to empower projects to upkeep their performances.

Mandatory Refund

Within the first 48hours, if a project’s token drops below the IDO price, all users will receive a complete refund (excluding fees), and the projects will forfeit any tokens that were distributed. The project will also incur a 10% penalty in tokens. This will be controlled by paragen.

Optional Refund

Paragens Optional Refund Policy.

Paragen will offer a 1, 2, 3, and 7-day optional refund policy. This will depend on what the project has agreed with paragen’s comittee.

Comprehending the “Optional Refund” functionality:
We give users flexibility in specific projects by offering a “Option Refund” service. With the use of this function, customers can ask for a refund if they have not claimed any tokens.

We give users flexibility in specific projects by offering a “Option Refund” service. With the use of this function, customers can ask for a refund during what’s referred to as the “buffer period.” This is how it operates.

Duration of the Buffer Period: The length of the Buffer period varies based on the project; in other circumstances, there could not be a Buffer period at all because not all projects are eligible for optional refunds. Each pool will have a display of this and the community will be informed about it.

1. Commencement of the Buffer Period: Rather than starting on the IDO date, the buffer period runs concurrently with the commencement of the project vesting term (at listing).

1. Refund Requests or Token Claims: During the buffer period, users can choose to submit a refund request or claim tokens. But if you decide to claim tokens, you will not be eligible for the refund anymore.
2. Cancelling Refund Request: If a user initially requests a refund but later decides to claim tokens instead, they can cancel their refund request and opt to claim the tokens within the buffer period.
3. Refund Procedure: Users who have asked for a refund may do so on our platform, on the same network, in the same currency, and via the same page where they made their initial investment, provided that the Buffer period has ended.
